We will meet at the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve Visitor Center, and walk slowly and quietly around the forest floor trails, stopping frequently to see, listen, touch, smell, and taste. Larry and Cynthia will share health information and concepts that will inspire! Be sure to dress warm, as the forest is cool in the morning. Heavy rain will cancel.
