Join herbalist, alchemist, artist and photographer Susanna Lucia Lamaina to learn the process of making herbal medicine utilizing hands on demonstrations. We’ll cover the basis of how to make a Comfrey salve, St. John’s Wort Cream, and Bath Salts.
Other topics such as medicinal teas, tinctures and glycerites will be discussed. At the end of the workshop you’ll leave with the products you made and the knowledge and the know how (handouts will be provided) to turn your kitchen into an apothecary and begin making your own herbal medicine for yourself and your family.
