In this class, you will learn how to successfully make croissants in your home kitchen with a few simple tools. We will use easily found ingredients, with no sourdough starter required, and will create a product that will make you proud. We will cover the production timelines so you can space out the work and learn to troubleshoot common issues. Prior knowledge of yeasted doughs and lamination is helpful, but not required. Please note this class is longer than most of our other classes at 3 to 3.5 hours.
This will be a fun and educational baking class in Healdsburg, and we hope you join us!
Age: 18+ or 16+ with guardian.
