Class starts with a thorough warm up to prepare students’ bodies to learn isolations, foot work, proper alignment for belly dance and short combinations. Class is a workout, so please wear clothing conducive to exercise like yoga pants/leggings and a fitted top. Layers are recommended in the cooler months. A yoga mat and water bottle will come in handy, as well. Classes are ongoing unless otherwise noted on the website. Lori Tawasha is a seasoned instructor and practitioner of belly dance who is passionate about teaching. Drop in $20, 4 class card $60, 8 class card $120. Students save $5/class by purchasing a card.
