This one-session All-Grain Brewing Class course will cover the basics of brewing, mashing, and fermentation. Your instructor will demonstrate brewing a 5-gallon all-grain batch of ale using a Brewer’s Edge Mash & Boil, while discussing recipe design, brewing math, and sanitation. Each student will get a copy of Brewing Quality Beers by Byron Burch.

This led him to educate himself on the intricacies of brewing. He was an eager student, who quickly developed award-winning recipes. Over the years, John has become well-known in Sonoma County, mentoring many who explored an interest in learning more. He’s won numerous regional and national competitions through the years and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others.
