We are now hosting free talks on certain Saturday mornings to give you all a chance to improve your knowledge base during your visits to our shop.
For each of these talks, one of our staff members will present a short 1/2 to 1 hour demo or discussion on a fermentation topic.
The topic of Saturday, May 4 will be:
TASTING THROUGH THE DIFFERENT CHEESE CULTURES
Presenter: Jane Jackson and/or Gabe Jackson
